As an artist, I
love to experiment with any different medium that I can get my hands on, but my
tried and true medium will always be a camera and film. I always find myself
gravitating toward photographing the people around me. I love capturing motion
in the human form with a camera, so a quick finger on the shutter release is
always necessary. To me, a good photograph tells a story. Whether it is an
action shot depicting an athlete making a great play, or an intimate photo
showing a person’s inner most feelings, my subjects can always be related to.
By doing this, even the most diverse of people can come together with one
photograph and get that same feeling of nostalgia.
